Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the perceptions of teachers and students at MTs Al-Fatah Kutawaringin regarding the integration of musical learning models and Islamic music (Hadroh) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). As a qualitative descriptive study, data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews. The results indicate that the musical model significantly enhances student motivation and emotional connection to religious materials. Despite these benefits, implementation is challenged by a lack of specialized teacher training and limited musical facilities. The study concludes that integrating Islamic music can serve as an effective alternative to traditional teaching, fostering students' musical intelligence within a religious framework.
